Muffins with condensed milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make condensed milk muffins, we'll need condensed milk (regular) and any filling of your choice. By the way, besides berries and pears, these muffins go perfectly with tart-sweet apples, raisins, nuts, and chocolate crisps.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Start with the filling: cut the pear into medium-sized pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add sugar and pears, and cook over high heat for a few minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Add the berries, then cook for another 2 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Drain the fruit onto a colander, pour off the syrup, but do not discard it.
- 5
Step 5

Now for the dough: lightly beat the eggs with vanilla sugar, then add to this mixture the melted butter.
- 6
Step 6

Then pour in the condensed milk and mix everything again with a mixer.
- 7
Step 7

Sift the flour and baking powder separately, then pour the mixture of condensed milk and eggs into it, and mix.
- 8
Step 8

Add the pear with berries to the dough and gently mix everything.
- 9
Step 9

Fill the baking molds three-quarters full. Place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 10
Step 10

Here are the nice golden muffins we end up with.
- 11
Step 11

You can brush them with the syrup left over from cooking the fruit. This pastry goes perfectly with coffee.
- 12
Step 12

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
