Almond flour muffins

Description

Goes perfectly with tea and coffee. The almond muffins are so delicate that you should only take them out of the molds when they are fully cool; otherwise they may fall apart. Before baking, you can sprinkle the tops of the muffins with sliced or chopped almonds. If you do not use honey, replace it with sugar or thick sugar syrup.

    Gather all the ingredients you need to make almond flour muffins.

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add honey, crack the eggs into the liquid and beat well with a whisk.

    Put the almond flour, a pinch of salt, and baking soda into a bowl. Mix everything well so there are no lumps.

    Add the chocolate chips to the dough and mix.

    Divide the almond dough among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds of the way up.

    Place the muffin tins with the unbaked batter in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15–20 minutes. Remove the baked muffins from the oven and cool completely.
