Whole grain apple and carrot muffins
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. Believe me, making these muffins won't be difficult at all. The batter preparation process is very simple, and they bake quite quickly. Surprisingly soft and moist from well-baked apple pieces, with crunchy seeds—these muffins will delight everyone. To make the crust even crispier, you can increase the amount of sugar used to sprinkle the muffins before baking. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
