Description
Usually this cookie is baked in a scallop shape. For this you need a special mold. But if the classic appearance is not essential, you can quite well make this cookie in any shape. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the required amount of almond flour.

Melt the butter.

Add the flour and stir. Add honey and orange zest. Stir well again.

Spread the dough into the prepared molds. Place them to bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C, for 10–15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
