Matzo at home
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Jews traditionally prepare this bread to commemorate their people's long wanderings, when they had no opportunity to bake bread for the journey and had to flee in haste. This baked good consists of just two ingredients: flour (wheat, rye, oat, or any other) and water. This bread can be eaten on its own or used to prepare other dishes. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. To prepare the dish, I first sift the flour into a bowl so that the baked goods become enriched with oxygen and turn out lighter and fluffier.
- 2
Step 2

2. Gradually pour the filtered water into the sifted flour in a thin stream, continuously stirring with your hand. Knead the dough thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming.

Step 3

3. I lightly dust the table surface with flour to make it easier to roll out the dough, place the dough on it, and roll it into a thin sheet. I cut the dough into arbitrary shapes and prick it all over with a fork.

Step 4

4. Place the matzah on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until a golden crust appears.
