Matzo

Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Matzo, for those who don't know, is a thin, crisp unleavened flatbread. It's made with just two ingredients—flour and water. This flatbread goes wonderfully with butter, as well as with pâté, for example. Try making it for a change—I'm sure you'll enjoy matzo too. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
