Frog legs
Description
Perfect for both special occasions and everyday meals. Frog legs, popular in France, whose recipe goes back many centuries (yes, frog legs are quite an ancient delicacy), are very easy to prepare. They should be lightly marinated in milk or lemon juice, then dipped in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fried in oil on a very hot skillet. That's it! Fried frog legs taste like chicken. Serve as an appetizer.
