Description

The recipe won't take much time. The thin dough, vaguely resembling gingerbread, encases various types of paste-like fillings, often with a yolk in the center. Mooncakes are also decorated symbolically and diversely—flowers, landscapes, and frequently Chinese characters signifying "harmony" and "longevity," as well as indicating the filling's composition. Even if you don't have a special mold, these little cakes turn out wonderfully in the regular, familiar baking molds we all have. Try making mooncakes for yourself and your loved ones. The baked goods are ready. Serve them at the table.

    1. Start preparing the cupcakes by mixing the batter. In one bowl, whisk together honey, oil, and water. Then add the flour and knead thoroughly until smooth.

    2. Boil the eggs. Separate the cooked yolks from the whites and lightly salt them. Then place the yolks in the oven and bake at 80-90 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. After baking, let them cool.
