Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. I recently came across this original recipe and I'll share it with you. It can be served with tea or coffee.

    Wash the onion, dry it, and finely chop.

    Grate the cheese finely and add it to the onion. Also add salt, 4 eggs, and pepper. Mix well.

    Roll out one sheet of thawed dough and place it on a baking tray. Spread the onion filling over it.

    Roll out the second part of the dough and use it to cover the filling, sealing the edges with the base. Beat the milk with the egg and brush the top and sides of the pie with this mixture.

    Bake the pie at 200 degrees for 40 minutes until a golden crust forms.
