Skillet onion pie
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. Try making a skillet onion pie using this recipe. Despite how simple it is, it turns out very tasty and tender! I’ve calculated the ingredients for a skillet 18–20 cm in diameter. If you’re expecting a big crowd of hungry guests, go ahead and make a double batch—you won’t regret it. You can serve it with tea or coffee.
