Onion Snacks
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. With onion rings, things are usually straightforward: you dip them in batter and fry them in a lot of oil. The result isn't always satisfying, and frying in batches gets tiring. You can make it all simpler, and the result is always consistent: a very crispy crust and very tender flesh inside. The crispy crust always turns out just right thanks to potato chips. This is the only thing I allow myself to use this unhealthy industrial product for. But the result is worth it. Serve the appetizer at the table.
