Onion Rings in Batter
Description
We'll fry the onion rings in oil; they'll turn out very crispy and tasty. For the batter, we'll use flour and egg — a classic option. You can serve the rings with any sauce, tomato-based or mayonnaise-based. If you're expecting friends over, you can make a "fry board" — in addition to the rings, deep-fry some wings, add vegetables and sauces, and arrange everything on a nice cutting board. If you have onion and oil on hand, you can whip up this appetizer in no time.
