Onion–garlic crescents
Description
Perfect with tea or coffee. Onion–garlic crescent rolls made this way can confidently stand in for traditional Ukrainian garlic pampushky. In our family these rolls are especially popular when we have borscht or another hot soup for the first course. Experience shows: if you serve these fresh, incredibly fragrant buns with soup, even children eat the soup with great pleasure. So onion–garlic crescent rolls are not just baked goods—they’re also a way to improve the diet of picky children :) Serve cooled or slightly warm.
