Green Onions for Winter

Description

A simple way to stock up for later. I'm sharing a simple way to prepare scallions for winter. When frozen, the onions can be kept for three months to six months. But honestly, I haven't had a chance to verify that: no matter how much scallion I tried to put up for winter, it always ran out very quickly. Perhaps the reason is how versatile this preserve is: you can add this onion to soups and salads, bake it with meat and fish, or simply sprinkle it over side dishes! Delicious and easy
