Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Despite the large number of steps in the recipe, it's quite easy to make. Lasagna consists of two main sauces: a tomato-based meat sauce—Bolognese—and a white sauce—Béchamel. So first, prepare these two sauces, then assemble the lasagna. After that, simply bake it in the oven and enjoy the dish half an hour later. Detailed recipe: The finished dish can be served.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the onion, grate the cheese.

    Prepare the Bolognese sauce. Finely chop the onion and sauté in heated olive oil until soft. Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper. Mix, breaking up the meat into as fine pieces as possible. Cook until the meat turns light in color.
