
Salmon baked with vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use steaks of any fish you prefer, ideally with few bones. You can also add or substitute vegetables: zucchini or eggplant slices would work well here. Serve hot.

1. Wash the salmon steaks, marinate in lemon juice, sprinkle with pepper. Let sit for about 20 minutes.

2. Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds. I have regular and pink potatoes.

3. Grease a heat-resistant baking dish with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. I recommend using a larger dish. I miscalculated the thickness of the steaks and had to transfer everything to a deeper dish.

4. Place the potatoes in the baking dish.

5. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.

6. Place half of the onion on the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
