Salmon in grape leaves
Description
Usually, grape leaves are used to wrap fillings made of rice, minced meat, etc. However, I'd like to suggest a slightly unconventional but very successful recipe—salmon in grape leaves. You'll be surprised how delicious it is. I use canned grape leaves for cooking, but you can also use fresh ones, blanching them in boiling water for a couple of minutes—the result will be the same. By the way, this dish is very popular in Turkey, so if you enjoy Turkish cuisine, feel free to give it a try. Let me tell you how to prepare salmon fillet in grape leaves.
