
Salmon in sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use not only salmon but any kind of red fish for this recipe. If you don't like olives (here you need green ones), you can replace them with capers. It's best served immediately, but the fish remains very tasty even after cooling. You can use cream of any fat content, but don't substitute it with milk, as it may curdle. Serve hot.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Pour the wine into a saucepan and boil for five minutes. Remove from heat, add the cream, paprika, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Heat the oil in a skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Push the onion and garlic to the side and add the fish. Fry for 5 minutes.

Flip and cook for another three minutes.

Pour the sauce over the fish and add finely chopped olives. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
