Salmon in lemon butter

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven beforehand. Place salmon steaks on a baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and season with salt on both sides. Bake the fish for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, add the juice of half a lemon, and simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes. Stir in parsley and remove from heat. Brush the fish with the lemon butter. Bake for another 10–14 minutes. Serve hot with the remaining sauce and half a lemon cut into 4 slices.
