Salmon in sesame on a zucchini bed
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use not only salmon fillet (such as salmon, trout, or char), but also any other large fish without small bones. It's perfect for a festive dinner. The finished dish can be served immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

1. First, use a sharp knife to remove the bones from the fish (preferably with a flexible blade), and cut off the skin. To do this, place the fish skin-side down and slice off the fillets. Then cut the fillets into moderately sized pieces and transfer them to a deep dish.

Step 2

2. Add soy sauce to the fish pieces, mix, then add sesame seeds. Mix again thoroughly so the sesame seeds adhere evenly to the fish.

Step 3

3. Prepare a frying pan and place the fish pieces on it, leaving space between each piece. Fry the fish evenly on all sides until golden brown. Then set the fish aside for now.

Step 4

4. Cut the zucchini into small cubes and sauté for five to seven minutes, stirring occasionally. Finely chop the green onions and add them to the zucchini. Then add lemon juice and finely grated lemon zest, season with pepper and salt. Mix well and cook for another one to two minutes. Add the cream and simmer for a few more minutes.
