Salmon in foil

Description

You can also prepare any other fish, for example, fresh mackerel or sardines. And instead of the tomato, if desired, you can use sweet red pepper.

   1. Line a baking dish with foil, place a piece of salmon on it, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, add chopped parsley, halved cherry tomatoes, and pour white wine over the fish.
