
Salmon with cheese topping

1. Grate the zest from half a lemon and squeeze the juice, then cut the remaining part into wedges. Finely chop the parsley, onion, and garlic.

2. In a saucepan, bring 300 ml of water to a boil. Then add the rinsed rice. Cook for 12 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil with half the parsley, 1 tablespoon of juice, and 1 teaspoon of zest.

4. Now prepare the fish. Place the salmon on a baking sheet. Top with pieces of cheese, parsley, zest, and half of the garlic. Bake the salmon in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, pour the lemon dressing and a little oil into the cooked rice. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.
