Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's insanely delicious to serve Swedish-style salmon with a side of green peas or boiled potatoes, or with pasta. The dish is prepared very quickly; the main thing is to let the fish fillet marinate in lemon juice for at least 30 minutes. The ready dish can now be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Defrost the salmon fillet if you bought it frozen, but it's best to use chilled fillet.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the salmon fillet under water and pat dry with paper towels. Place it in a deep container and squeeze lemon juice from part of the lemon, previously slicing 3-4 lemon slices for baking. Add salt and ground black pepper. Thoroughly coat the fish pieces in this marinade and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Then place the chopped dill on the fish fillet and rub it in.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place lemon slices on the fish, cut the butter into small pieces and add them to the baking dish with the fish. There's no need to rinse the dill off the fillet—the fish will bake right in it. The main thing is not to increase the heat, otherwise the chopped herbs will burn!

Step 5

Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes; larger pieces should be baked a little longer.

Step 6

Place the salmon fillet on a plate and serve hot. It can be accompanied by bread or a vegetable side dish.
