Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Take the dough out in advance and let it rest at room temperature.
- 2
Step 2

Dice the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until soft.
- 3
Step 3

Add the meat diced into small cubes, salt, and ground black pepper (you can add your favorite spices).
- 4
Step 4

Fry everything together until the moisture evaporates.
- 5
Step 5

Add the potatoes, cut into roughly the same size cubes.
- 6
Step 6

Fry everything together until the potatoes are half‑cooked, then remove from the heat.
- 7
Step 7

Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Grate the cheese.
- 8
Step 8

Cut each layer of dough into 4 pieces.
- 9
Step 9

Roll out each piece into a rectangle shape, make one slit on each side as shown in the photo, and place the filling in the center.
- 10
Step 10

Place the sliced cucumbers on the filling and cover it with one side of the dough. Lightly press the edge.
- 11
Step 11

Then cover the filling with the other side of the dough so that the cuts are centered. Pinch the edges so that the pastry resembles a little boat and sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
- 12
Step 12

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the resulting boats on it. Brush the pieces with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180–200 °C for about 20–30 minutes.

Puff pastry boats with potatoes and meat are ready.
