    Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

    Wash the chicken fillet under running water, pat it dry with a paper towel, cut it into small pieces, and fry for 5–10 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil.

    Add the sliced onion (cut into half rings) to the chicken and fry for another 5–7 minutes.

    Boil the potatoes until tender and make a mash. Add a little butter and season with salt.

    Cut the dough into 8 equal squares, roll each out a little, and make two lengthwise cuts, leaving a 1 cm margin from the edge.
