
Puff pastry boats
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. The pastries turn out tasty, filling, and attractive. They can be served at a festive table or enjoyed as a light snack for afternoon tea or breakfast. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Remove the dough from the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool slightly, then peel.

2. Sear the meat patty on preheated vegetable oil until golden brown, 1 minute per side.

3. Grate the cheese. Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Cut the potatoes into small cubes or mash them into a puree.

4. Cut the dough into 8 equal squares, roll each one out slightly, and make two slits lengthwise, leaving a 1 cm margin from the edges.

5. Place the filling in the center of the dough, then sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Shape into boats. Pull the strips toward the center, cross them over the filling, and arrange them overlapping onto the opposite edges.
