Lobsters with lemon

Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Bring 12 cups of cold water and 2 tablespoons of salt to a boil. Add 2 to 4 lobsters to the pot, cover with a lid, and cook for 18 minutes. Remove and repeat with the remaining lobsters. Let them cool slightly for about 10 minutes. Heat butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Season with salt, then pour into a large serving dish and keep warm. Place 1 lobster on a cutting board. Clean and slice it. Repeat with the remaining lobsters. Arrange the lobster slices on the serving dish and serve with butter and lemon wedges. The dish is now ready to be served.
