Description

    To prepare a green bean stew for 4 people, I take 800 g of green beans. I wash them under running water, remove both ends of each pod, and cut the pods into 3 cm pieces.

    Next, I pour cold water over the lobio so that it just barely covers the beans, add salt, and place it on low heat to simmer. Meanwhile, I peel and slice the onion into half-rings. You can adjust the amount of onion according to your personal preference. When the lobio begins to boil, I transfer the onion into the pot. Those who don't like cooked onion can sauté it separately and add it to the dish at the end of cooking.

    Now I take 1-2 eggs and beat them with a small amount of water (1-2 tbsp), finely chopped cilantro and basil, a crushed garlic clove, and salt.
