Description

As a base for lobio with meat in a multicooker, you can use pork or chicken fillet, as well as red beans. This dish has only recently started being prepared in a multicooker, but the result has exceeded even the expectations of the most discerning cooks. Cook all the ingredients separately, then braise them together at the end with Caucasian spices, walnuts, and tomato paste.

    1. Lobio is an amazing dish that can serve as an appetizer or a side dish. It has been prepared in the Caucasus for over a century, and during this time its recipe has hardly changed. Don't forget to soak the beans overnight to speed up the cooking process. After that, you can start boiling them. A multicooker handles this task in one hour.
