Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In spring, I think nobody wants any canned food anymore. Finally, it's the time when every gourmet can treat themselves to fresh vegetables and fruits. You can give a new twist to well-known recipes. In particular, lobio—a Georgian dish. It doesn't necessarily have to be made from dried beans. To prepare lobio from green beans, you'll need one kilogram of fresh (not frozen) beans, although you can use less.
