1. You can make lobio from red beans in a multicooker at home in one hour. There are several secrets to preparing this dish. One of them is not to cook lobio for too long, so it doesn’t turn into mush. To avoid that, you need to prepare the beans in advance. Soak them overnight first.

2. Prepare all the ingredients: peel the onion, wash the cilantro, and mince the garlic. It's best to slice the onion as finely as possible.

3. Fry the onion until done in vegetable oil.

4. Place the beans in the multicooker bowl and cover them with water (the water should be about 2 fingers above the surface of the beans). Select the "Stewing" mode.
