Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare white bean lobio for any occasion. This dish is especially good during fasting periods. Lobio can be enjoyed both hot and cold. Add salt and spices to taste during cooking. Lobio goes very well with fresh herbs, and in this case, it pairs especially deliciously with parsley. Serve hot.

    1. Lobio is prepared in the same way as a vegetable stew, following the same principle. First, the beans should be boiled until fully cooked. So, we will need the simplest and most readily available vegetables (you can also use frozen ones if you're making white bean lobio out of the fresh vegetable season).
