Flax flatbread without wheat flour in the microwave

Nutritious and very healthy flaxseed flatbreads will replace your breakfast or add variety to it, taking the place of an oat pancake. Thanks to their higher content of healthy fats and fiber, these flatbreads will leave you full after the very first slice. Can be served with tea or coffee.

    Prepare all ingredients. If you don't have flaxseed meal and only have seeds, grind them in a coffee grinder or blender.

    In a bowl, pour in flaxseed flour, add salt and mix. You can add your favorite spices.
