Description

Bulgarian national cuisine is rich in amazing spicy aromas and vibrant flavor combinations, and today I want to share with you an excellent recipe for making lyutenitsa—a deliciously flavorful sauce. Of course, store shelves are overflowing with various sauces, but you definitely won't find anything like this one in stores, because lyutenitsa is made from the finest vegetables using a special technique. And since the vegetable season will soon begin, why not use those fresh vegetables to prepare this wonderful sauce? Making lyutenitsa at home is incredibly easy. You can enjoy it as a standalone dish, as a side to meat, or even spread it on sandwiches—it will be incredibly tasty, believe me. It's perfect served with pasta, meat, and vegetables.
