Potato kofta
Description
The dish "Potato Kebabs" is served as a side dish to any meat or fish barbecue, accompanied by tomato or garlic sauce. It can't be called low-calorie or light. But if you're going to a barbecue, you should be ready for hearty and filling food. Young potatoes are perfect for this purpose—they're even easier to peel. These kebabs are very simple and quick to prepare, offering a great alternative to the usual "French fries," "Country-style potatoes," and "Mashed potatoes." So, let's take a look and remember.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Peel and boil the potatoes. Let them cool and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 2
To the resulting mixture, add all the listed ingredients one by one: first beat one egg until thick foam forms, add it to the potatoes, then add all the spices: salt, red chili pepper, mango powder, and coriander.

Step 3
Next, finely chop the fresh green chili and fresh mint leaves, and add them to the mixture.

Step 4
After that, take olive oil and slowly pour it into our spiced potato mixture, stirring continuously. Mix thoroughly and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

Step 6
Take out our mixture from the refrigerator, shape it into a flattened disc and fry on a preheated skillet until golden brown crust forms.
