Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can prepare the kofta kebab patties in advance and store them at room temperature for up to 1 hour, covered with plastic wrap, if you're expecting guests. You can also freeze them and always have a valuable semi-finished product on hand. It's best served with a tasty side dish. The finished dish can now be served.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. It's best to grind the meat at home or purchase it from a trusted seller at the market.

    Warm the ground meat to room temperature and place it in a deep bowl. Grate a quarter of a peeled onion into the meat using a fine grater, so that it's barely noticeable. Add salt and ground black pepper.

    Add the remaining spices and seasonings to taste. If desired, you can add a little dried garlic, coriander, cumin, etc. Thoroughly knead the entire mixture, beating it by lifting it above the container and dropping it back down.

    Then divide the minced meat into equal portions and shape each into an elongated patty; thread each patty onto a wooden skewer—do not use a metal rod in the microwave!

The exact time depends on your microwave's power—it may take 2 minutes or up to 5 minutes.
