Description
Well, who among us hasn't at least once tried fragrant, juicy, and incredibly delicious lyulya-kebab—the famous dish of Eastern cuisine? It should be made from lamb and cooked on a barbecue or over charcoal. But if you can't get out into nature or the weather isn't quite "summery," should we really give up on delicious lyulya-kebab? Let me tell you how to make it
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning in the oven.
- 2
Step 2

Then you need to peel the onion and garlic. The seasoning can be mixed in one bowl.
- 3
Step 3

In a blender, blend the onion, garlic, and cilantro, then add them to the minced meat. Add the spice, salt, and finely chopped dill to the mixture.
- 4
Step 4

Knead the meat mixture for about 10-15 minutes. Then gather the mixture into a ball and repeatedly slap it against the bottom of the bowl or table. Place the prepared mixture in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Then divide the minced meat into portions and, with wet hands, shape kofta kebabs onto skewers. Carefully place them on a baking sheet or grill rack lined with foil.
- 6
Step 6

Place the kofta kebabs in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes. Once the top turns golden brown, flip them over to the other side. Serve the cooked kofta kebabs with fresh vegetables, onions, and sauce.
