Lulya kebab in an air fryer
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The secret to good kofta kebab lies in properly prepared minced meat. It's not enough to just grind it—you also need to beat it. It should be sticky enough so it doesn't fall apart around the skewer. That's why I add starch with milk. To prepare kofta kebab in an air fryer, I recommend using liquid smoke; it will give your dish an unforgettable campfire aroma. Let's take a look at the recipe. The finished dish is ready to be served.
