Chicken Lyulya Kebab
Description
Many people think that preparing lyulya-kebab requires special skills and expertise, that the meat sausages will inevitably fall off the skewers at the most inconvenient moment, leaving your guests—whom you've invited to your dacha—without a treat. No, believe me: lyulya-kebab is a very simple dish to prepare, yet it boasts exquisite flavor. It's a dish that will highlight your good taste and satisfy even the most discerning guest.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the chicken breast and cut it into small pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Pass through a meat grinder. Optionally, you can add 100 grams of finely chopped pork fat to the minced meat.
- 3
Step 3

Chop it! Definitely chop, not grind through a meat grinder, the onion. THIS IS IMPORTANT! The onion should be chopped as finely as possible. This is necessary so that the onion releases its juice during frying, and not before!
- 4
Step 4

Add onion, salt, and spices to the minced meat. Knead and beat the mixture thoroughly for 5–10 minutes until it becomes a smooth, elastic mass. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- 5
Step 5

Dipping your hand in warm water, form a meatball the size of a medium "snowball" from the minced meat, place it on a skewer, and shape it into a sausage 15-20 centimeters long.
- 6
Step 6

Grill on all sides on a barbecue for 10-15 minutes.
