Description

Juicy meat lulya-kebabs are perfect even for a festive table if you serve them with a side dish such as mashed potatoes, porridge, pasta, or a fresh vegetable salad. You can prepare the minced meat in advance and store it in the refrigerator before shaping the kebabs.

    Cut the chicken skin off the thighs and remove the bones. You can use chicken fillet if the lamb is fatty. Clean the lamb from membranes and tendons, then rinse it in water. Cut both types of meat into pieces.
