Chanterelles in clay pots

Description

I love chanterelles in any form! And when baked in pots, they develop a special flavor. In fact, the sauce becomes wonderful thanks to them. Fresh mushrooms are, of course, preferable. But in "emergency situations," frozen ones will work too.
