Chanterelles with sour cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Chanterelles with sour cream make an excellent addition to potato side dishes (boiled, fried, or baked). Of course, mushrooms also go well with boiled rice, buckwheat, and other grains. I stew the mushrooms in a pan with onions and serve them only hot. The recipe is very simple to prepare. The ready dish can be served at the table.
