
Pickled salted chanterelles
Description
A winter preserve made at home. This is a simple recipe for salted marinated chanterelles. You will need the following ingredients: chanterelles, sugar, salt, vinegar, and mushroom pickling seasoning. Store the finished preserves in the refrigerator or in a dry, well-ventilated cellar. They can be eaten after just 1–2 days. Happy cooking! Store in a cool, dark place.

Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms in cold water. Then boil them in salted water for 15 minutes.

Prepare the marinade: for 1 liter of water, use 10 g of seasoning, 5 tsp salt, 2 tbsp sugar, and bring to a boil.

Drain the cooked mushrooms in a colander and rinse with cold water. Then place the chanterelles in the marinade and simmer for 15–20 minutes.

Arrange the mushrooms in sterilized jars, pour the marinade over the top, and seal with lids. Store in a cool place.
