Roach baked in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Cleaning the burbot may be a bit tricky, but this issue is easily resolved by dipping the fish into boiling water before cleaning—this causes the excess slime to coagulate, making it easy to remove along with the scales. This fish makes an excellent lunch or dinner and can even be served at a formal dinner. Before serving, you may drizzle the fish meat with lemon juice. Serve the fish with a side dish and a fresh vegetable salad. The prepared dish is now ready to be served.
