Fried tench
Description
This fried bream recipe has a little "special touch." The sugar we used to marinate the fish, combined with flour and the bream's scales, will create a deliciously crispy crust while frying. The result is incredibly tasty, so I'm sure this simple fried bream recipe will become one of your family's favorite fish dishes. Before serving, sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and fresh herbs. Fresh vegetables make an excellent side dish, and the meal pairs perfectly with white wine. If you present the fried bream attractively, it can even be served at a festive table—delicious in taste and appealing in appearance.
