
Lemon pie in a multicooker
Description

Grate half a lemon on a grater (only the yellow part). Grate the lemon center as well, removing the seeds.

Then we rub the sugar and butter together.

Add lemon zest, juice, eggs, sour cream, flour, and baking soda (activated with vinegar). Mix thoroughly.

Soak the raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain and dry them before adding to the batter. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and pour in the batter. Set the "Baking" mode for 1 hour 30 minutes.

When the baking is finished, do not rush to remove the pie from the multicooker. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes.
