Lemon cream with semolina
Description
Delicious, gentle, and fluffy lemon cream with semolina is very easy to prepare. The familiar semolina porridge we all know can be transformed into a cream for cakes or pastries. This cream includes butter and lemon juice. The latter ingredient gives the cream a more piquant flavor with a distinctive tangy taste. If you don't like lemon, you can omit it and instead add sweetened condensed milk or cocoa to taste.
