Lemon cookies with basil
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Basil is commonly used for salads or appetizers, but in Italy, Spain, and other countries, it is actively used in making desserts (cookies, cream, sorbet) as well as beverages, including tea. Eat the cookies after they have completely cooled. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
