Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Beat the butter and gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until a smooth mixture forms. Add lemon zest, egg, flour, and baking soda. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to rest. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut into shapes using cookie cutters. Arrange the shapes on a baking sheet, prick them with a fork, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake for 5 minutes at 180°C. Let the cookies cool before serving. The baked goods are ready. Serve and enjoy.
