
Lemon-mint kvass
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Instead of half a lemon, you can use 0.5 tsp of citric acid when preparing. Feel free to adjust the drink's acidity and sweetness to your taste. Now I'll explain in detail. Can be served.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the lemon and mint thoroughly, and set aside some mint for garnish.

Heat the water, after boiling add a bunch of mint with all the leaves and stems, and cook for 5 minutes.

Then squeeze the juice of half a lemon and add the peel as well, along with sugar. Cover the kvass with a lid and set the drink aside.

When the water becomes warm (pleasantly warm to the touch, not hot), add the yeast. Stir and let stand for 5–6 hours. Then strain into bottles, chill, and serve with lemon slices and mint leaves.
